  • After School Club Text Alerts

    Do you want to be the first to know when new After School Classes are open online? Register for free text alerts! Those registered on this list will receive a monthly text reminder to check out what After School Enrichment opportunities are available in Eleyo. We will also send an alert when a new class becomes available! Registrant must: Be an adult. Ensure they have a valid email and phone number in their Eleyo profile. Choose “yes” to receiving text messages. While registration is free, you will need to go through the entire checkout process for registration to be completed. You will only need to register once. If at any time you’d like to be removed from the text list, please email edavey@esko.k12.mn.us or call the Community Ed office at 218-879-4038.
  • Savannah's Pottery

    Students will make their own unique, hand-painted ceramic projects with Savannah's Pottery. Projects will be returned to students at school in about 2-3 weeks. Scroll down to enroll for class offerings each month.   • Northern Outdoors Club

    Northern Outdoors Club is an Esko-based business offering Nature Education. Class topics include everything from survival techniques to camp fire cooking and nature-based art projects. March 18th - Changing of the Tides With the changing of seasons, learn all about the tides and how they also change. See what animal and plant life lives in the tides with some fun interactive games. Lastly, make a take-home windchime with different things found in tide pools. April 22nd- Life of a Seed Learn about the life of a seed while playing an awesome game of "sabotage!" Then, build and decorate a take-home planter, fill it with soil, plant a bush bean and watch it grow at home! You might even get some fresh green beans this Summer as an end result. May 5th, 12th,19th - Archery 101 come and join in the fun! During this time, you will learn all about bows and how to confidently shoot them while being safe. There will be traditional NASP scoring targets and 3D animal targets to practice. Extra activities include archery games, candy/freeze shootouts, tournaments and more! May 29th - Cooking With Dandelions Dandelions are not jus a weed. In past years, we've made dandelion jelly, muffins, cookies and lemonade. This year, Cassie will be attempting new surprise recipes! This course will go though the process of learning and actively making recipes that include dandelions! Registration closes one day prior to class
  • Elementary Spring Track & Field

    Join Winterquist Elementary Track and Field Club, where young athletes discover the joy of running, jumping, and throwing! Our club offers a fun and supportive environment for kids to develop their athletic skills, build teamwork, and foster a love for physical activity. There will be three practices that focus on sprinting, distance, jumping, and throwing. A breakdown of what students will be doing in the program 3:30-3:45 - Walk our to the athletic complex/track 3:45-4:00 - Dynamic Warm Ups 4:00-4:35 - Practice: sprinting, distance and jumps and throws 4:35-4:45 - Cool down stretching After checking in in the cafeteria, students will walk with staff to the Esko stadium field. Pick up will be at 4:45 at the Esko stadium field. If your child attends Cool Kids, there will NOT be staff available to pick them up at the field. Registration will Close Wednesday, May 7th. No registrations will be taken after this date.
